Week four of European Nations Championship 2008 gets concluded with Denmark meeting Russia. Group A will also see a good-looking clash between Germany and Sweden, two of the main favourites to lift the ENC trophy. While Sweden has been riding high on form, with three wins in three games, Germany sits in the third spot and wants to recover after a poor start to the ENC campaign. Group B begins on June 17th and will put face to face Denmark and Russia. The Danish squad has yet to taste defeat in the tournament and comes into this game knowing that the three points will see it advancing to the next phase. Russia comes from a 2-1 defeat to Poland last week and eyes only the three points to stay in the second spot. Group B will end with a match between Poland and the Netherlands. Poland has finally returned to winning ways after a defeat in the opening round. The Polish side, current defending champion, is in a must-win situation to secure the second place in the group. The Dutch side has failed to impress so far, and only a win will allow it to stay in the race for the next phase.
