#4 i wouldn't say overrated exactly, it's more like USA doesn't have too many teams or players to root for and end up hyping. While at this point i'd say its a stretch to expect EG to have a breakout performance just quite yet internationally, there is no denying evo and n0thing are very skilled players, US counter-strike just can't catch a break to get on everyone elses level.
